Position Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, focusing on skilled trade labor outreach and partnership programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal business partners, identify and engage top talent, drive recruiting best practices, support diversity hiring strategies, and enhance employer branding and recruitment training operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to secure a robust pipeline of quality candidates, targeting specific talent pools.
• Business Plan Development: Create and implement business plans to meet annual talent acquisition objectives.
• Operational Support: Provide guidance and support to operational teams throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Network Expansion: Cultivate relationships with key organizations to expand network reach for job postings and advertisements.
• Outreach Events: Plan and organize recruitment outreach events to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
• Brand Materials: Create recruitment brand materials and manage recruitment tools to optimize effectiveness and candidate outreach.
• Career Pages Management: Oversee the company’s career pages to attract talent and distinguish our brands.
• Apprenticeship Programs: Manage state apprenticeship programs to leverage federal and state funding opportunities for entry-level positions.
• Training and Compliance: Provide training on the Applicant Tracking System to managers and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• OFCCP Compliance: Manage OFCCP module for job postings and scrappings to comply with Affirmative Action requirements.
• Recruitment Focus: Recruit for various disciplines with a focus on engineering and skilled trade skillsets.
• Talent Pool Maintenance: Source passive candidates and maintain a talent pool to support workforce needs.
• KPIs Reporting: Provide monthly KPIs for talent acquisition to measure effectiveness.
• Onboarding Enhancement: Enhance the employee onboarding experience and recommend changes to the Applicant Tracking System.
• HR Support: Support the Vice President, Human Resources with HR tasks as required.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in senior talent acquisition roles for national companies.
  • 10+ years in developing recruitment strategies for skilled trade labor in competitive markets.
  • 5+ years in HR management functions such as training, compliance, and employee relations.
• 
  Social Management Tools: Extensive experience with social management tools for talent sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruit.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
